At Too Much Aura, we work hard to make sure your order is processed, packed, and delivered as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after your order has been successfully placed.
Processing time includes order confirmation, payment verification, quality check, and preparation for shipment.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes:
3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier capacity, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Your total estimated delivery time is:
1–2 working days processing time + 3–7 working days delivery time
This means most customers can expect to receive their order within approximately:
4–9 working days
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number. In some cases, tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Too Much Aura is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has already been processed.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may sometimes happen due to:

If your order is delayed, please allow a few extra working days for delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team and we will help you investigate the issue.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot deliver your package because no one is available, or because the address is incomplete or incorrect, the package may be returned or held by the courier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking updates and collect the package when required.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, Too Much Aura may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country or region, your order may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Too Much Aura is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or change it.
